Working on first Whokesale.
Hello BP! I just wanted to report that I am working on my first wholesale! I have found a buyer that wants to buy and hold. He gave me the information of exactly what he is looking for. 3 bedroom single family 2 bath, location Pomona, CA. He is using conventional financing. The highest limit he is willing to pay is is 250,000. Time limit, he wants to buy by the end if the year.
I will really like to help this guy out and would love to hear to hear any advice on where to go from here to find a motivated seller, and contracts to use. Plus anything else I may be over looking. Have a great day BP!
