first time investor looking to connect with realtor
Looking to connect with an investor-friendly realtor in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. I am a first time OOS investor from NY. Looking for cash flow properties with a budget of low $200s. Prefer turnkey.

@Joe Lee I'm not in that location, but I'd still like to share my advice.
If you're looking for an investor agent I would recommend using the "Find an Agent" tool at the top of BP. It will allow you to select an area that you are interested in and will show you different agents in that area along with their BP account.
