I'd like to know if there are PML or HML willing to lend out to me considering I'm a newbie. I'm looking to fix, repair then refi to keep the property as a rental or airbnb. Is that possible?

Im in the south Florida area. Anything helps. Thanks.

You will need some funds or a partner. Almost impossible to get 100% of purchase and rehab.
