Hello!

I have been investing in GA and AL, and am interested in starting some in the Miami area.  I've loved visiting Miami, but am not very familiar with the city as a whole.  Can anyone suggest a few good B and C class zips or neighborhoods to get me started?  Thanks!

Hottest submarkets I've seen are N Miami (17% YOY rent Growth last year) and Little River (14% YOY rent growth). Hollywood is also great, but there has been a lot of NY buyers pricing people out of that market.
