Real Estate Wholesale Mentor in Massachusetts

Hello, I’m looking to start wholesaling to try raising money faster to buy my first multifamily property. I don’t want to work as agent that’s why I find if I sell just one or two properties as wholesale I will have the money for down payment without needing to own anyone. I have checked about the steps to wholesale, but usually who does that are people in other states and even suggest where to go for title company, and everything, but never really found anyone from Massachusetts. Any suggestions on that ?
