New to BP

I'm a relatively new Real Estate agent / property investor, and another wannabe wholesaler. I found BP earlier this evening, while following a chain of sites and forums on wholesaling, and have been blown away by the quality of the posts on the forums and in the articles.

I am thrilled to find a group of people who have been doing the things I want to do. The thought that I didn't have to pay 97.00 a month to join the forums makes it all the more awesome. (not an attack on any group, just the three I looked at joining today all had starting fees of 97.00 a month.)
