Buying houses at Auction

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have experience buying houses at Auction? I ran a case study and a lot of houses in my area are selling for 20-40% below market value. I was wondering what would happen if you buy a house at an auction where the Plaintiff is the Home Owners Association and not the bank. Do you still receive ownership of the house after you win the auction?

If someone has been in this scenario, I'd love to talk more, thanks!
