Aspiring investor - looking to shadow a flip in the Houston area

Hello! 

I am located in the Heights Houston area. I am a current high school teacher, aspiring RE investor. My plan is to start wholesaling to save up for my first multifamily property to BRRRR/househack. I have read many books already and done tons of research but I know it doesn't really click much until you actually do your first deal. I'm looking to see if I can offer any help to someone who is willing to let me shadow them on a flip. I can be a birddog or anything you need. Let me know. Much appreciated :)
