I am a 15 year old still in high school, looking to invest in real estate when I’m older, planning on become a nurse(rn) in college, then as soon as I get out of college I want to start buying rentals, I was looking for advice or better ideas.

As a nurse, you will have a great W-2 job with a great ability to make extra money either by working overtime or by picking up side jobs as a nurse. My recommendation is to hustle in your 20's, house hack a few homes with other nurses, and be the go to housing specialist for traveling nurses in the area. I love that you are already thinking ahead, and see nothing but success in your future.
