Hey Guys

How many of you have experience with buying distressed property In B'more. I have little experience in RE so and expert answer will help.

I have and 18 House deal on the table for very reasonable price, but these properties are all QC deeds and have back taxes between $300-2k.

From and experienced investors outlook would this be a good deal to increase your portfolio?

Thanks

As with any project, a good entry plan and exist plan is needed.
