Opportunity - Homeowner deceased - Recos on wording?
Hello! I discovered a neighbor recently passed. I am new to the area and am looking to purchase to house hack/LTR for summers only. I'm new to this, but have found the owners son and would like to reach out. Clearly, being mindful and empathetic is important. Does anyone have a draft letter or wording that resonates well in this particular type of situation? TY!
