Starting out in Pittsburgh

Hello all—We just moved to Pittsburgh and am interested in building out a portfolio of LTRs here. I have some experience in Chicago as a passive investor in portfolio run by a friend. 

I would be interested in connecting with some investors and also realtors that specialize in investment properties. Interested in SFH and multi-unit or duplex

Flexible on location but interested Millvale, Sharpsburg and potentially areas around the Pitt and CMU were areas that seemed to have potential.
