Non-U.S. person wishing to invest in U.S. real estate.

Hello all,

Non-U.S. person investor here. Asking for book suggestions for how to go about investing in the U.S.A. real estate market, probably FL.

I assume, LLC for holding title, etc. But confused about legal restrictions on actually 'working' for the LLC, and tax issues, etc.

Any good books you folks could recommend?

Kindest thanks!

Hi! My partner and I are foreigners, living in Singapore, but we've acquired 11 rental properties in the US. We opened a US LLC to own our properties. Lending wise, there are several lenders who do lend to foreigners based on DSCR loans. Feel free to DM if you would like to link up!
