My name is Elena.
I’m a new investor in the Detroit area and I live out of state in California. I wanted to network with a few other investors so I could learn the market. I mainly plan to flip and hold section-8 rentals, but I’ll also be wholesaling whatever deals that don’t work for me or can’t close on.
