What is your biggest tip for beginning the REI journey?
My advice is certainly to always be networking and connecting with the folks in the markets that you desire to invest in, the more conversations that you have and the more meaningful relationships that you create will be paramount to your success, especially very early into the game! You will likely pivot as you start to acquire more pieces and information, and put them together in the ways that you envision for yourself!
