Weighing Options - Inherited land in the Alabama

Howdy all, I have a few acres of land that my father purchased for me and I want to put it to good use. After researching a bit, I'm considering the below. Open to suggestions and feedback.

Option 1: - Clear off an acre and place or allow mobile home / tiny home rental.

—- Spoke with a local player who owns a few parks in the city. He suggested starting with one outside the city limits and scale. Demand is high. He currently has 10 applicants for one opening he hasn't advertised. He's been in the game for over 30 years and is known in the community. No reason to doubt him.

Option 2 - Find cell tower lease

—-- Allow the company to place tower on rural and city land. Service is pretty spotty in the county. Not sure how I'd go about finding these folks.

Option 3 - Sale the country acre

—- Get money and use it to help fund RE investing.

I also have access to about 2 acres of heir property in Alabama... it's always been a pain to deal with since many of the family folks are difficult to deal with. From what I can tell, someone tore down the family home and put a mobile home up, I'm sure, without permission. My grandmother and father passed this year, so I'm guessing some of the family folks decided to place a house on the property. Speaking with an attorney tomorrow.

@J Allen If you plan to put a mobile home on the property, you'd have to speak to the zoning department to see if it's allowed and what restrictions are there (if any) on the land. You'd have to have a source to find the mobile home and then figure in moving costs and hook ups (i.e. water, electrical, gas, etc). The good thing is the utility structure is already in place since there was a home on the property in the past. Hope that helps!
