Cash out refinancing Options, lenders, and laws in California

Tiffany Martinez
Posted

Hello All,

I have done several hours of reading, and I still need clarification. Any help and feedback would be great!

1) For a single-family home first-time homebuyer in California, how long do I need to live in the home before I can do cash-out finance and start on a second real estate investment?

2) When I seek to do a cash-out refinance on a BRRRR Method home, what kind of loan am I looking for?

3) For my first BRRRR method home, what kind of lender am I looking to cover the rehab renovations?

Thank you,

Tiffany
