Hubzu home for the minimum price?

Hello all I am currently the only bidder on an reo occupied home on hubzu! There's a 34k difference between the starting bid minimum and the MLS price. I want to pay as least as possible since I am unable to do inspections or contingencies. There have already been three price reductions within the past 75 days. Any pointers? Thank you
