Wholesaling With A Partner

I am brand new to wholesaling and want to lock up a few deals with a partner who has experience with cash buyers so I can get my feet wet. Is there a specific contract agreement that will have both our names on it when we secure a home from a seller? How should the paperwork be filled out so that we each receive 50% of the profit from our wholesale deal? Couldn't find much info on partnering deals, seems everyone prefers wholesaling on their own. I am willing to learn, thanks in advance...
