@Bruce Lynn , I need an attorney for legal advice, to prepare and review documents relating to purchase agreements, mortgage documents, title documents, and transfer documents. Basically take me & my partner in as clients

@Francis Maduka   You might try Ronald Rohde here on BP.  Dallas based attorney.  Works with plenty of RE investors in the area.  Title company might do some of that for you unless you want to create your own documents.  If you can use promulgated documents from TREC or other standard sources that will probably save you a lot of money vs creating your own or having an attorney do that for you, if it makes sense for the transactions you want to do.

Ron Rohde is right here on BP and Dallas based....might try that.

Also you might try Scott Horne out of Garland....he also owns title company, can help with owner finance, hard money, all the stuff others don't like to do.
