Worst Zip Codes in North Carolina Metros

Hello hello,

Today I am curious about the worst/least favorable/D and F neighborhoods/zip codes/areas of the North Carolina metropolitan areas. I understand that when working with a realtor, they will also be able to provide insight on this, which I will absolutely ask for their help with. However, I also think it's a good idea to go out and find some information on my own to reduce wasted time for both parties. It should also be an interesting quick reference for others too hopefully. If there are any zip code guide blogs (as I have saved for various other metros), please feel free to share.
