Top 4 team members to start with off-site self-management!
1.) 🔨 Handyman: Your handyman is a 🔑 member that you need for your team. There are many miscellaneous types of repairs that come up over time, and a handyman is a great person to have on deck to be able to call/text as a primary line of defense.
2.) 💧 Plumber: A plumber is another absolute necessity to have as a go-to. Anything relating to shower/tub drains not functioning properly, issues with washer hookups, leaks of all sorts, etc., having this role be a text away is a must!
3.) ⚡️Electrician: Having an awesome electrician is your other big player for all kinds of issues!
4.) 🌲/🍁/❄️ Lawn maintenance/plow driver: If you are trying to manage your property(‘s) from afar, you definitely do not want to be the one that has to cut the lawn and plow/shovel your driveway/walkways. Sometimes this person/company does both, and can be lucrative throughout all of your seasons!
Once you assemble your basic team with these 4 members (and more as time goes on) , you can manage from just about anywhere and have the boots on the ground to be able to have professionals out to take care of issues!
