Hey guys!

I'm interested in hearing what the biggest sticking point is for new investors? Is it understanding the process/timeline? Is it lending? Finding tenants? Let me know where you're stuck and I'd love to help!

I'm brand new to this.  For me, the biggest problem right now is information overload.  I'm trying to educate myself as quickly as possible from as many sources as possible.  I'm drinking from the fire hose. How do I cut through and really get started?
