I have seen these posts elsewhere on BP, what exactly is someone actually trying to get insurance on?

Ie if there was an insurance policy, what is that company insuring against? For example if someone wanted a policy against a bank calling the loan - what do you want a policy that pays that mortgage off without getting ownership of the property and then be forced to give you a loan? If that did exist the cost of this would be astronomical.

@Christopher Cole reach out to my preferred lender @Andrew Postell. He can provide conventional financing (or refinancing) without triggering a due on sale clause. I have done it many times using Andrew's services here in Texas.
