Enrique Sanchez
Posted

Can anyone help me with the rental rates in Los, Angeles? I'm currently learning how to analyze deals so I'm confused with this step. If I need to be more specific on area, in Paramount, Ca.

Thank you!

It will depend on factors like how many bedrooms and bathrooms, type of property, exact location, etc. A good way to get ballpark estimates is to look on Zillow Rentals for some comparable properties in your area and determine the general range. You could also use something like rentometer.com. That said, it will probably be hard to make the numbers work to cash-flow in California.
