Agreed with above. You want a local team- agent, lender etc. bc Florida is different. There’s things you’d never think about in Buffalo, for example Block homes vs stick built, hurricanes, termites, age of home factors different here. I know; I invested and own(ed) in both. Happy to share my experiences.
