I live in ATL and flying to Miami today for the next three days to look for real estate. Any suggestion for a good area? My budget is about 150K per house/door.

If you go up to WPB you may find some better deals from what I’ve seen from the Rehabs I’ve done for investors

@Akshar Deri, you might find a condo at that price point but definitely not a single family home.

The median home price in Miami is $515k. There will be very few options at $150k
