Hello,

I'm a relatively new investor looking to purchase my first BRRRR out of state multi family— duplex, triplex, or quadplex.

I’m looking to purchase in the Cincinnati area, in a class B or C area, light distress (cosmetic)/opportunity to increase equity with a price range of 50k-195k.

Does anyone know an exceptional real estate agent that I could work with?
