MAD stands for My Automated Deals a company that does cold calling, AQ, DP, Lead Managers and Dispisitions. After my experiences working with this company I suggest you stay clear from this company. They do not have a business rating , can not be found on facebook, someone will contact you through Telegram to get you to sign up. They are a scam! Use BiggerPockets and and GAREIA for all your REI needs and training Information.
