Building Cash Buyer List

Whats has worked for you to generate a cash buyer list?

I'm trying out the reverse wholesaling strategy and Im using the resources and connections i currently have to build such a list but im finding it quite challenging.  

Would anyone have any insight as to how to go about this?

@Damian Walker reverse it all the way see who is buying all cash and look them up. Network and get out there, partner up with HML and agents. Send deals to them as they likely are going to have buyers.
