Hey everyone. I'm new to the bigger pockets community and I'm looking to get my foot in the door with real estate investing. I'm aiming to buy my first property this year but I'm currently looking for real estate side hustle ideas so I can become more involved in the industry while making some extra cash before I jump in on my own deals.
