Alright, I’m ready to start out.   really want to try the Brrrr method, I have 50k saved up right now, can have access to more soon.  Trying to get an idea of what city is a good place to start? Any recommendations? Groups you all have used to help with the research and rehab?

Your back yard, start in a area you understand and have close proximity to. Buying the deal is easy, everything in between will kill you. Make sure you are present.
