What is the best real estate strategy for a new investor based outside the U.S.
Good Day, newbie here, I am interested in starting my investing journey in the U.S. I am a foreigner based outside the U.S., I would like to seek your expert opinion on what type of investment strategy(ie. flipping, rentals, multifamily, wholesaling etc.) should I start with and which State is the most suitable for the chosen strategy.
