Any south Florida REI’s interested in FREE photo/video?

I want to network with people that are doing what I want to do in REI, which is buy and hold rental props. I'm interested in multi fam but SFR also would do.

I am a wedding videographer but have also dabbled in photo and video content for fitness influencers, commercial business, and realtors.

My offer is to provide photo or video content to REIs in my area in exchange for me to pick your brain and hangout.
