hey guys, lots of scholars here, love the community energy. Do you guys think using a 203k loan for turning a distress property to a long term rental is a good idea? fyi Im a newbie just learning.

It can be great starting out, but I suggest not selecting a property with a lot of work starting out. Start small. Keep momentum.
