As a newbie to the world of real estate investment, I am looking for some guidance on how to effectively generate sustainable cash flow through rental properties, with the ultimate goal of building long-term wealth. Would you happen to have any advice or recommendations to share?

Thank you both for replying quickly. I have started "how to invest in real estate, the ultimate beginners guide to getting started" by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner and plan on reading others based on my niche. I have the time to attend any of the local meetups, i'm just not sure where to find them in New York.
