Hi, I'm a new investor in the St. Louis area. I would like to connect and network with fellow investors on my REI journey. I'm looking into start with a 2-4 unit buy and hold long term rental. I would also like suggestions for investor friendly local banks in the area for financing a 2-4 unit. Look forward to connecting with you all.
