Looking for multi-family house (2-4) units house hacking

Hello Everyone..!

  Glad I found this team helping out new investors like me looking for real estate investments.

Here is my criteria and looking for suggestions and best  markets to invest multi family

-Open to best markets and not just Dallas,Tx

-Looking for 2-4 multi-family house to stay and rent out other units.

-Looking to invest right property as soon as possible.

Please help me.
