$100k money to invest, have a bk and need help to invest.
I have $100k to invest in a property. I have a BK and I am retiring this year. I need to get investment income. I am thinking a multi unit property. Any ideas of where I should look for financing? I can provide more information if necessary.

Hey @Kevin S Porter Sr, rather than actively investing yourself, have you ever considered putting your funds to work as a private lender funding someone else's deals?
It's a lot less work, and private lenders are earning 10-15% in annualized interest on their funds!
That said, I'd only recommend doing this in fast-foreclose, fast-evict states like Georgia, Texas and probably Alabama as well.
