New tenant has deep freezer
Hello. I have a new tenant and need to write a new lease. My question is, they have a wholesale business where they distribute certain foods. They will be using a deep freezer in the rental garage. Is there something I need to add into the lease regarding this? I have approved her to put deep freezer in the garage.

I can’t think of any freezer related issues. Just a standard, “you can’t run a business out of this property” disclaimer. You don’t want customers or delivery vehicles coming and going. One person who lives there loading up a standard sized vehicle and leaving is fine. But not box trucks, semis etc.
