My situation. I live with family currently which is A plus because i can afford some risk. I am a teacher & I want to to go all in with real estate investing. My goal is to have CASH heavy $ then invest into rentals. I get a salary from teaching however that is coming to a end. I am getting a part time job this summer and using my free time to build the wholesale but I was planning on dropping teaching & doing part time fitness this summer-and rest of year (pay drop) while i build a wholesale/land business and getting my first property with that income. I do want to move as well and house hack but i want to do it smartly where i have a business paying for it. This is decision has been a paining me. I know i am going to do re but going about it is the confusing part any advice on this. Feeling scattered & need someone who actually doing this advice. Or just a confidence boost.

I wouldn't recommend going full-time before you have systems and procedures where you know what piece to move in order to grow your business.
