Looking for guidance on starting out in Real Estate

Hey all, i am a 24 year old currently renting in Philadelphia (Fishtown to be exact). I am looking for guidance on starting out in real estate by house hacking. Definitely want to try and stay in the area but I am open to moving around the city. I do have consistent income from my 9-5 but I am currently working towards reducing debt and getting my personal finances in order before I start looking into properties and applying for loans, etc. I am just looking for people to connect with in the area that I can learn from, grow with, and potentially work for/partner with for experience. Any guidance on what I can be doing in the mean time/steps I should take/things I should consider would be greatly appreciated!
