Hello, investors in the DMV area, Iam very new and recently just graduated college. Iam trying to get into house hacking in the DMV area, but I don't know how. Any resources that can help me in this situation? My lease expires early next year, and I wanted to start doing some research earlier, but the goal is to get into the multifamily market early next year.
