Quick question: In order to start investing, should I apply for a business mortgage to get a loan and buy a house to rent out, or should I apply as a resident? I mean, I have started an LLC for rental purposes. Should I apply on behalf of the LLC using its name, or should I apply using my own name?

And remember you can find better rates when you apply in your name as an owner-occupant.

I wish you all the best.
