Starting out wholesaling in AZ
Hello everyone,
My name is Stephan. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona and I am trying to break into REI through wholesaling. I am 18 years old and I am very passionate about real estate. I have been reading, listening, and watching everything on wholesaling for the last few months, but I am struggling to make progress on my first deal without a seasoned professional to guide me through the process and answer any questions I have. I understand the process in good detail, however, it is hard for me to pull the trigger on making offers with the uncertainty that I am making a mistake.
