sell or rent
My wife and I have started to expand our family and realized we need a bigger home but we currently own a house. We are not sure if we should sell our current home and just move or if we should fix up our home now and rent it out? What is everyones opinion? I've been looking into getting into real-estate investing but I just don't know where to begin.
