Snow removal insurance
Hi! My husband and I recently bought a duplex, live in one side and have rented out the other. Our attorney recommended to hire out all snow removal services. The snow removal company we were considering using is saying they only have plow insurance and that there is no snow blower insurance. Also they’ve told us our house needs to be snow blown rather than plowed. Is anyone familiar with snow removal in NY state and have recommendation for what a snow removal company should have as insurance minimum? All recs are welcome!!! :) thanks
