Brand New to Real Estate Investing- Any Advice??

Hi all!

I am brand new to this! I have a house I bought in 2020, in southern PA, that I just started midterm renting at the beginning of September. I am currently living in Lackawanna County and would like to start hunting for an investment property, to buy, but can't really get my feet off the ground. I'm also hearing that now is a terrible time to start doing this. Any advice for me or does anyone know someone who would be a good person to chat with?
