So over the last few months i have been gearing up to Flip some homes. I have 1 hard money guy and a private money guy as well. I have been building for around 10 yrs now. My question for this community is.

I have a pretty good acquaintance/friend whom ive done work with over the years and he kills the Contracting jobs Renovations, Additions, any home repairs ect. The guy is a great sales men. His building experience is not so hot but he can sell jobs like no other. My thoughts were to bring him in and split flips with him and he would split the jobs he sells with myself. Should i partner with him or just go it alone? one of my major problems is he wants to control all the money i borrow and be in charge of the books. This makes me feel uneasy. Also asked him to keep his mouth shut about what we were doing and he is not so good at that.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated?
