Recent inheritance/cash flow

My sister and I recently inherited a house with a value of $250k. We have agreed to sell the house and split the money. I live in a major university town and my idea is to invest in multi family properties. Is it an unrealistic goal to turn that into roughly $3,000 per month cash flow with room to grow buying more properties?
